Charles Jeffrey gives us a new way to wear a kilt with this chainmail-effect piece. A genderless skirt, it retains the conventional wraparound design and knife pleats. However, traditional tartan is traded for an all-over jacquard pattern and the safety pin closure is supersized for maximum effect.
