RETURNS POLICY

RETURNS


UK and European customers enjoy 14-day no-questions-asked returns/refunds.
For in-store pickup orders, returns/refunds are not accepted after pickup confirmation.

Returning your order to MACHINE-A is easy. Simply email us at online@machine-a.com with the details of your order and reason for return. Upon doing so, you will be responded to within 2 working days with instructions on how to send the goods back.
All returned items must be in saleable condition:
  1. Unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
  2. Packaged in the original packaging or equivalent to prevent damage.
Returns must be dispatched within 7 days of approval. You can either return it in person or by post. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
If you would like to return the item(s) in person. Please ensure to notify MACHINE-A via email at online@machine-a.com prior to return and we will advise you on how to proceed.

Please note that you must also bring the original delivery note with you as proof of purchase.



REFUNDS

For in-store pickup orders, returns/refunds are not accepted after pickup confirmation.

For all shipping orders, we will refund or exchange any item you are not completely happy with if you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of the item being delivered to your nominated address.

All returned items must be in saleable condition:

  1. Unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
  2. Packaged in the original packaging or equivalent to prevent damage.
 If we feel that for any reason the garment has been worn, the security tags have been removed, or the packaging is damaged in any way, then the item(s) will be returned to the sender and no refund will be given.

If your refund is approved, then the refund will be processed and will be applied to the original payment method within 7 working days.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at online@machine-a.com. We will cover return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or refund.



NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS


For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  1. Earrings
  2. Swimwear (unless faulty)
  3. Bodysuits



IN-STORE PURCHASES


Any items that are purchased in-store, through either a payment link or QR code, are subject to the physical store's returns policy:

We will give refunds in accordance with our legal rights: if goods are found to be defective as to quality, description or performance. In other cases we will consider an exchange or credit note. Goods must be brought back in saleable condition within 14 days for an exchange or credit.

Customers should note that you are not entitled to a refund if you have damaged the item or have changed your mind.

Store credit cannot be used during sale periods. Sale items are final sale.
Please retain your receipt for all purchases. Please note all store credit will expire 6 months after date of issue.

 

 

RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNS

MACHINE-A reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
