Welcome to the MA Loyalty Program – Your Exclusive Access to the World of Machine-A.
At Machine-A, we believe in celebrating our community of discerning collectors and fashion enthusiasts. The MA Loyalty Program is designed to reward your dedication and passion, offering tiered benefits that unlock unparalleled access, exclusive experiences, and tailored services.
1. Program Overview
● Purpose: The MA Loyalty Program ("Program") is created to acknowledge and reward the continued patronage of our valued clients.
● Program Term: The Program operates on an annual basis, running from January 1st to December 31st each year ("Program Term").
● Eligibility & Membership Status: Your membership tier is determined by your total eligible spending within a single Program Term. Your tier status for the upcoming year will be assessed based on your spending in the preceding calendar year. Benefits of an upgraded tier begin immediately upon qualification.
● Program Changes: Machine-A reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, its benefits, or any member's participation at any time without prior notice.
2. Membership Tiers & Eligibility
Your pathway to exclusivity begins with your annual spending at Machine-A (online and in-store).
● Level 1: A-Enthusiast
○ Eligibility: Achieve an annual spend of over £2,000 within the Program Term.
● Level 2: A-Innovator
○ Eligibility: Achieve an annual spend of over £5,000 within the Program Term.
● Level 3: A-Curator
○ Eligibility: Achieve an annual spend of over £10,000 within the Program Term.
● A-Visionary
○ Eligibility: Achieve an annual spend of over £20,000 within the Program Term.
Note: Eligible spend excludes shipping fees, taxes, and is net of any returns or cancellations.
3. Program Benefits
Benefits are cumulative, meaning members in higher tiers enjoy all benefits from the preceding tiers, in addition to their own.
● Exclusive Discounts
○ Level 1: A-Enthusiast: No direct percentage discount applies.
○ Level 2: A-Innovator: Enjoy a 10% discount on all full-price purchases.
○ Level 3: A-Curator & A-Visionary: Enjoy a 15% discount on all full-price purchases.
○ Terms: Discounts are applicable to full-price items only, unless otherwise specified. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
● Free Shipping
○ Level 1: A-Enthusiast: Receive 5 complimentary domestic (UK) standard shipping orders per Program Term.
○ Level 2: A-Innovator & Level 3: A-Curator: Enjoy 12 months of unlimited complimentary domestic (UK) standard shipping within the Program Term.
○ A-Visionary: Enjoy 12 months of unlimited complimentary global (international) standard shipping within the Program Term.
● Tailoring Service
○ Level 1: A-Enthusiast & Level 2: A-Innovator: Access to Machine-A's tailoring service (standard charges apply).
○ Level 3: A-Curator & A-Visionary: Enjoy unlimited complimentary tailoring and alteration services on your Machine-A purchases.
○ Terms: Services are subject to consultation and feasibility by our tailoring specialists.
● Private Members' Sale
○ Level 1: A-Enthusiast, Level 2: A-Innovator, Level 3: A-Curator, & A-Visionary: Gain exclusive early access to our Private Members' Sales and seasonal reductions.
○ Terms: Access periods may vary by tier, with higher tiers receiving earlier access.
● New Season Preview
○ Level 1: A-Enthusiast, Level 2: A-Innovator, Level 3: A-Curator, & A-Visionary: Receive exclusive invitations to preview upcoming new season collections.
○ Terms: Previews may be digital or in-store, with format varying by collection launch.
● Exclusive Access to Special Event
○ Level 1: A-Enthusiast: Not applicable for this benefit.
○ Level 2: A-Innovator, Level 3: A-Curator, & A-Visionary: Receive exclusive invitations to select Machine-A special events, such as intimate collection launches, panel discussions, or exhibition viewings.
○ Terms: Event invitations are limited and subject to availability.
● Pre-order Access
○ Level 1: A-Enthusiast & Level 2: A-Innovator: Not applicable for this specific benefit.
○ Level 3: A-Curator & A-Visionary: Gain priority pre-order access to highly anticipated and limited edition pieces or capsule collections.
○ Terms: Access may include earlier pre-order windows or guaranteed allocation where applicable.
● Birthday Gifts
○ Level 1: A-Enthusiast & Level 2: A-Innovator: Not applicable for this specific benefit.
○ Level 3: A-Curator & A-Visionary: Receive a special curated birthday gift from Machine-A to celebrate your special day.
○ Terms: Gifts are selected by Machine-A and subject to availability.
● Dinner Invitation
○ A-Visionary Only: Receive highly coveted, personal invitations to exclusive private dinners, often hosted with cutting-edge designers, artists, or industry leaders, during major fashion calendar moments (e.g., London or Paris Fashion Weeks).
○ Terms: Invitations are exceptionally limited and subject to availability and specific event criteria.
● Runway Invitation
○ A-Visionary Only: Opportunity to receive exclusive invitations to select fashion week runway shows or designer presentations in London or Paris.
○ Terms: These invitations are highly limited in number, curated based on availability, specific event criteria, and individual member preferences. Access is not guaranteed for every show.
4. General Program Terms & Conditions
● Acceptance of Terms: Participation in the MA Loyalty Program constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, and any additional rules communicated by Machine-A.
● Membership & Benefits Non-Transferable: Loyalty membership and all associated benefits are personal to the enrolled member and are non-transferable and non-assignable. Benefits have no cash value.
● Data Privacy: All personal information collected in connection with the Program will be handled in accordance with Machine-A's Privacy Policy, available on our website.
● Program Modification & Termination: Machine-A reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, the Program structure, benefits, or to terminate the Program entirely at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or website updates.
● Misuse of Program: Any fraudulent activity, misuse of benefits, or violation of these Terms & Conditions may result in the immediate termination of your Program membership and forfeiture of all accumulated benefits.
● Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
